Refund Policy
We don't entertain any refund unless/until the product you have received has some manufacturing defects.
- No refund for sale items
- You must return the items within 15days of the actual purchase date
- Goods must be in their original packaging with tags attached
- Post your items along with the returns/exchange form to the address below:
Damaged or faulty goods
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team by email to retail@premierno1.com. Post the item to us along with the proof of purchase, and we will assess it for any manufacturing defects. We will offer you a replacement or credit if the item is found faulty after assessment. However, if after a fair and careful evaluation, we determine the item(s) not to have a manufacturing defect, we will return the item(s) to you.
Colours
Team has worked hard to display accurate colours of our products on our website. However, we cannot guarantee the colours displayed on your monitor are the same as on the product (displays can vary between various gadgets).
